In-stock items are shipped within 1–5 business days.
Made-to-order items are shipped within 7–10 business days.
Backordered items are typically shipped within 10–14 business days.
All packages ship within the United States via UPS with tracking and arrive in a gift box.
Flat rate shipping applies to all domestic orders.
International shipping will be available in the near future.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.
Returns and Exchanges
Due to the nature of these products, all sales are final unless your order arrives damaged.To request a return or exchange for damaged goods, please email kristi@aoajewels.com within 72 hours of delivery and include a photo of the damaged item.The customer is responsible for returning the damaged item and any associated shipping costs.A full refund, store credit, or exchange will be issued after the unworn merchandise is received and inspected, and after return instructions have been provided by email.
