- In stock items are shipped within 1 to 5 business days
- For back ordered items you will receive an email once your order is shipped.
- All "Made to Order" items are shipped with 3 - 10 business days
- All packages ship via UPS within the United States with tracking. in a gift box
- Flat rate shipping
- AOA will ship internationally in the near future.
- Due to the nature of these products all sales are final unless you receive damaged goods.
- To return or exchange damaged goods send an email to kristi@aoajewels.com within 72 hours of your delivery date, with a picture of damaged goods.
- Customer is responsible for returning the damaged item(s) and all shipping costs.
- A full refund, store credit or even exchange will be issued upon receipt of unworn merchandise that's returned within 5 business days after receiving a confirmation email with instructions.
